Hello Everyone,

Today we have some excellent quality black tea that I bought with everyone in mind. It is a complex black tea, with grape muscal and leather notes, and has tips of white tea blended in. Because this is a delicate tea, you do no want to add milk less you mask some of the flavours and notes. Why is it so complex tasting? Simple: the elevation it was grown. If you are curious to know more, or just want to have extra knowledge to impress your friends at parties, drop by and I’ll elaborate in full.

This would not make a nice iced tea, I think, so for now it is just hot under the tea cozy.
