Hello everyone,

Today we have Denise to thank for the tea – she’s pillaged a great Taiwanese Oolong from the Richmond campus. Another high elevation tea, this oolong is both floral (I liken it to hyacinths)  and a bit buttery – I taste a bit of warm buttered vegetables in the body notes. Of course, I might be crazy, and everyone picks up slightly different nuances. But give it a try, either hot or cold, and induce some air to see if you can pick up any of these flavours. (The wine slurp.)  Really. I better hear you guys from where I am sitting. If you dribble some oolong into your keyboard though, I won’t be held responsible.
