Hello Everyone,
Today’s tea is a bit of an odd duck – Lapsang Souchong. This tea will remind you of camp fires, mostly because it smells and indeed tastes quite a bit like smoke. Don’t be alarmed, it is supposed to. This tea has been smoked, and if you are a fan of cigars, or scotch, or even if you just want to give an unusual tea a try, it is hot under the tea cozy. You can take it black (I always do) or add a splash of milk. And when you walk passed me, and you hear a tinkling of ice in glass, I’m having iced tea and totally not scotch on the rocks.
