Hello everyone,
Have I a treat for you – Natasha brought back some pretty high quality green tea from Thailand. Both tippy, and vibrant, this green tea is mellow and smooth. The tea has been pan fired, which gives it a creamy/buttery taste, and the tips means it contains a nice jolt of caffeine. I’ve prepared it with the extra effort that ensures the tastes is complex and very little astringency is detected.
It is currently sitting at the perfect temperature under the cat cozy.
