Good afternoon everyone,

Today we are having a delicate Sencha Kyoto Cherry Green tea -- this is a steamed Japanese tea that has been flavoured with cherry and rose petals.

Also, this tea master is going to give you a bit of a tip. Since it is cherry season, try putting a cherry in your cup of tea right when you make it. The hot tea will slowly poach the cherry as you drink, and at the end of the cup is a juicy cherry that I think tastes a bit like cherry pie. You can do this for any hot tea, and it won’t curdle milk if you take a splash of dairy in your black tea.

Just don’t forget about the cherry and choke to death on it – I take no responsibility for careless tea guzzling!
